Although we personally pack all of our items to ensure your items are in perfect working condition, sometimes a faulty item gets passed us. If this is the case, simply fill out the Damaged / Faulty Item form to arrange an exchange or full refund.
Yes, if you have placed your order but not yet received your Shipping Confirmation email, you can change the details of your order including the size of your item and your shipping address by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We may have sent your items in separate parcels. If you have been sent separate parcels, your Shipping Confirmation email will confirm this.
If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will list the items contained in the parcel you have received. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you are not missing any items.
If an item is missing, please contact us via email on email@example.com with the order number and the name and number of the missing item. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
Yes, of course. You can cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of receiving your Order Confirmation email. However, if you have already received your items, you will need to return the items before a refund can be processed. A refund will not be processed if the items show signs of being used, including a missing or tampered hygiene label. In these circumstances, you can elect to have the item returned to you, and pay the additional postage fee, or have the item partly refunded less the decrease in value caused by the use of the item.
We cannot “re-direct” an item that has already been posted. If you have entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org (and before the Shipping Confirmation email has been sent) to arrange delivery to a different delivery address.
If you have ordered the wrong size item, simply complete the Exchange / Returns form on our website and we will arrange for the original item to be collected from you and your preferred size to be sent. This will be at no extra cost to you.

You can place an order by viewing the item’s page that you wish to purchase. Then selecting the size and quantity you wish to purchase and clicking on the “Add to Cart” button. This will add your item, in the desired size and quantity, to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping bag at the top right of your screen to view your shopping bag. Once you have reviewed your shopping bag you can purchase these items by selecting a purchase method, underneath the list of items you have selected, and following the prompts.
Alternatively, you can select “Buy with Apple Pay” on the product page once you have selected the size and quantity you wish to purchase. By clicking the Buy with Apple Pay will immediately pay for the purchase of the item in the selected size and quantity. You will not have a further opportunity to review your purchase.
Currently, we only offer a custom order option. This means we start making the product once you have placed your order. Your order is generally ready for dispatch within 5-7 days from you receiving your order confirmation email. We aim to dispatch your orders as soon as possible.
